Pursuant to the requirements set forth by Marlin Research, we hereby notify you of the manner in which your Personal Information will be collected, processed, utilized, and retained.

1. Type of Personal Information Collected:
The information that Marlin holds about you is limited to your name, contact details (Title/Surname/First Name), and the responses you provide in this questionnaire (Email Address/Mobile Phone Number/Contact Preferences). Such Personal Information may have been previously collected directly from you, from publicly available sources, from our clients, or through an authorized representative of your practice or business who is deemed to have your consent to provide Marlin with this information.

2. Purposes of Collection:
Your Personal Information has been collected and will be processed and utilized for the purpose of enabling Marlin to conduct designated research studies, to inform Marlin and its clients of current and emerging trends in disease management, to respond to any inquiries or requests initiated by you, and to contact you for purposes to which you have expressly consented. If we do not hear from you to the contrary, your Personal Information will be entered into the Database and be part of such Database.

As the Database is maintained on a global scale, it may be stored in or accessed from jurisdictions outside of India by Marlin’s affiliates operating in various countries (as listed on marlinresearch.com). The Database is periodically archived in accordance with Marlin’s backup protocols and is protected by appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to prevent unauthorized access. The information contained within the Database may also be shared with other Marlin affiliates in India, all of which are bound by strict privacy standards in full compliance with Marlin Research policies. Personal Information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this notice.

We do not share your Personal Information with unrelated third parties without your prior permission, except where necessary to: (i) correct technical problems or malfunctions and protect the security and integrity of our data systems; (ii) protect the legitimate rights, interests, and property of Marlin or others; (iii) comply with laws, respond to judicial process, provide information to law enforcement agencies, or otherwise as required or permitted by law.

3. Access, Correction, or Deletion of Your Personal Information:
Pursuant to Marlin Research, Marlin provides you with the possibility to access, correct, or delete your record within the Database at any time. For any request in this regard, please email the Panel Head at panel_recruitment@marlinresearch.com or info@marlinresearch.com.

For your information:
- Marlin file of the information will generally be made available to you within 7 Business Days of receipt of your request.
- For any request to be removed from any of Marlin mailing lists and/or Database, please allow five (5) Business Days for your request to be processed.
